Data Deletion Instructions

If you chatted with a business through GLIChat (on its website, by email, or by messaging its Facebook Page), you can ask for that conversation and your information to be deleted. GLIChat is operated by Philio Holding, LLC.

If you messaged a Facebook Page through Messenger

1. Email support@glichat.com with the subject line "Data deletion request".
2. Include the name on your Facebook account, the name of the Facebook Page you messaged, and the approximate date of your messages.
3. We will confirm that we received your request within 3 business days, and give you a confirmation number so you can check on it.
4. Within 30 days, we will delete your Messenger conversations and the information we received about you from Meta, from GLIChat and from the business's GLIChat account. Copies in backups are removed as those backups expire, within 90 days.
5. We will email you when the deletion is complete.

You can stop future data sharing at any time by not messaging the Page again. Deleting your data in GLIChat does not delete the conversation inside Facebook Messenger itself; you can delete that in the Messenger app.

If you chatted on a website or emailed a business

Email support@glichat.com with the subject line "Data deletion request", and include the website you chatted on, the name and email address you used, and the approximate date. We follow the same steps and timeline as above.

If you joined our early access list

Email support@glichat.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject line "Data deletion request", and we will remove you from the list within 30 days.

Checking on a request

Email support@glichat.com with your confirmation number, and we will tell you its status.

Information we may need to keep

In rare cases, the law requires us to keep certain records, for example to resolve a legal claim or prevent fraud. If we cannot delete something, we will tell you what and why.
